AeroDynamic Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector, to ensure the highest standards of quality control are met for aerospace components during initial phase manufacturing, composites, and final phase assembly. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities-

• Inspection with multiple usage of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauge, pin gauge, thread gauge, radius gauge)

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematic diagrams, particularly GAC CATIA

• Utilize engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications to perform detailed inspections of aircraft parts and assemblies.

• Conduct preliminary, progressive, and final inspections to verify conformance with all applicable standards and document all findings accurately.

Qualifications-

• Proficiency with GAC work instructions, technical specifications, and the GAC QA Manual

• Skills and experience with corrective actions, MRB and AS9100 / ISO system auditing is a plus.

• Prefer experience with aerospace specifications and documentation requirements.

• Ideal candidate will be focused and stay on task and be able to work with minimal Supervision once trained.
