AeroDynamic Aviation is seeking a skilled CNC Master Cam Programmer. Our facility Machines with primarily HAAS machines and uses Master Cam programming. Several years in 3 and 4 axis programming with 5th axis experience a plus. The desirable candidate will also have experience running machines, not just programming. To ensure success as a CNC Programmer, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities-

• The ability to interpret models and convert to Master Cam. You will need to be comfortable with tool selection and tool paths (3 axis required as min, 4th - 5th a plus and desired)

• Must understand the set up and fixturing of raw materials and pull up programs for CNC Operations

• Accurately measure machined print to prints and BOM's

• Comfortable with Blue Print reading

• Other capabilities desired or helpful include Manual Lathe or Press Brake or Roll Forming skills

• Experience with Master Cam is highly preferred

Qualifications-

• Experience in CNC machining of Aluminum, Steel, Wood and Plastics

• Previous experience with CNC Machining and set-up a Must for Programmer

• Three years plus experience with measuring to .001" tolerances

• Blueprint reading and measuring from prints are a requirement

• Dependability, working well with others and good work history are a MUST

• Additional skills desired are Manual Lathe or Press Brake experience.

• Familiarity with HAAS Machines a plus.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift heavy objects.

• Ability to work after-hours when required.

• Maturity and professionalism is a must.
