AeroDynamic Aviation is looking for an Assembly Tech to accurately locate and install detail parts into an assembly. This job requires an eye for detail and constant focus to ensure parts, fasteners, and adhesives are installed or applied correctly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all parts are positioned correctly.

• Apply a variety of adhesives, and sealants.

• Installing different types of fasteners and the ability to lay out their locations.

• Insert installation (Heli Coils)

• Adheres to and supports workplace safety procedures.

• General housekeeping as needed.

• Help others at the needs arise.

Skills/Qualifications

• Blueprint reading or the ability to quickly learn and understand blueprints.

• Ability to adhere to BOM (Bill of Materials).

• Attention to details.

• Work well with others.

• Dependable work history.

• Must be comfortable using the following tools/equipment-

  Rivet Squeezer

  Rivet Gun

  Bucking Bar

  Drill Motor

  Sealant Gun

  Countersinks

  Taps

  Micro Stops.
